Quick Hair Update!!
I finally got my S2S in the mail. No fault of anyone but myself ( I took forever to sit down and order)….Anyway, I also relaxed yesterday and followed up with S2S products. My hair is so happy!! Also, I am grazing bsl so I am a little happier than my last post. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to not worry about my length. The longer my hair seems to get, the longer I want it to be! I am also contemplating buying satin pillowcases. I have a bunch of decorative pillows on my bed so I am thinking I will just get a separate pillow and pillow case that I will just use for sleeping. I have a satin bonnet but for some reason, lately I can’t keep the bonnet on. It gets hot and muggy when it gets closer to sunrise (we sleep with the windows open most nights)….OK, enough rambling. I hope to post some updated pics to my album regarding August updates soon.
On a sidenote. Some fabulous ladies on youtube have posted videos about hair care, hair regimens etc. It’s so excited to see ladies on the path to healthy hair. For any of you who run past this blog….keep up the good work and keep posting those vids!! Also, using some techniques in some vids on youtube, I am able to create beautiful beachy hair waves with a clampless iron! I’ve got it almost down to a science. Clampless Iron’s are very expensive (I’m cheap so anything over $20 is expensive to me) so I bought a cheap iron for $8 at Big Lots and removed the screws and clamps myself. Works like a charm and super cheap. Don’t forget thermal heat protectant when curling!!!

u should go for waist length now. im sure itll probably take another year and a half only. if you grew it this long, i think you could reach waist length esp since you stretch your relaxers out

Thanks for the comments! I do plan to go for waist length. That will be my final length goal….anything longer than that would be overkill. I am scrapin bsl right now and that is already a stretch for me to roll my hair in the back!!!

Do yourself a favor and get the satin pillowcase. Your hair and skin will be much happier. Your beautiful long hair will just glide on the smooth satin material and not get caught or stuck and break like it does on cotton. I switched about a year ago and my hair and skin haven’t looked this good in fifteen years. I bought mine at http://www.atouchofsatin.com because they have prints and patterns, not just solids. You should give them a try but they are a little pricey but worth it. Best of luck!
